Ferrari World Abu Dhabi opens November 4

Ferrari fans will finally be able to visit the long-awaited Ferrari World Abu Dhabi theme park from this weekend.

After the official opening was delayed in respect to the late ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, the world’s largest indoor theme park will now open its doors on Thursday, November 4.
Ferrari World promises families, petrol heads and fans of the Italian carmaker a day of entertainment, thrills and fun. More than 20 attractions include the 240kph Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster, which recreates the physical intensity and speed of a Formula 1 car.
Other high-octane attractions include G-Force, which fires visitors more than 60 metres into the air, and a range of simulators.
There are also more than 30 Ferraris on display throughout the park and a chance to experience the factory atmosphere in Italy on the Made in Maranello attraction. Family rides include the Speed of Magic ride and the V12 water ride, which takes visitors on a journey through an engine.
The building itself is a record breaker, sitting on a 700,000 square metre plot of land and topped with the world’s largest Ferrari logo – 3,000sq m in size. Food from four Michelin starred Italian chefs is available at a range of restaurants.
Ticket prices range from 225AED for guests taller than 1.5m, and 165AED for guests below 1.5m.  A premium ticket gives priority on all attractions and access to a lounge with refreshments. Premium tickets cost 375AED/270AED. The park opens from Tuesday to Sunday at 12pm.
