Lexus Gearing Up LFA Nürburgring Track Edition?

Japanese automaker Lexus is purportedly readying a limited edition of LFA Nürburgring Track Edition of the two-door supercar. And to somewhat confirm the hearsays, images of the said model has been leaked in the internet a few days ago.

The Lexus LFA Nürburgring Track Edition will be a more track-focused take on the standard LFA. Just looking at it—the larger front spoiler and fixed rear wing—it is very obvious that it is not just your regular LFA

Reports out of Japan also said that the Lexus LFA Nürburgring Track Edition features a revised sports suspension and stickier tires. No word if the Nürburgring edition is any lighter than the standard car, but the revised coupe is said to be packing 10 extra horsepower. Color options will be kept to four – matte black, black, white and orange.

Although Lexus has yet to officially confirm the Nürburgring Track Edition of the LFA  the package, and its name, already make sense. After all, the LFA grew up on the Nürburgring and even participated in two 24 hour races at the famed track.
